modelcheck-regenerate html results in embedded browser

hi all,
I have three machines out a dozen where modelcheck-regenerate doesn't
build an html results page. Therefore the embedded browser can't display
the page. On the machines that this function does work, the html page is
created within a folder structure whose root is "Application Data". These
are windows XP machines. I checked that users on the machines that don't
generate the modelcheck report can in fact create files and folders in the
"Application Data" directory. So it doesn't appear to be a folder
security issue.

All of these machines have the same build of Pro/e installed the same way.
The pro/e installation folder is copied from a network location down to
the local machine. Pro/e runs locally once installed.

Thanks in advance for any help.
