Could not create cache directory

Dear All, Greetings... While I am open the ArborText Epic Editor, I got the error message like the attached one. [A11101] Could not create cache directory C:\Documents and Settings\senthil_devan\Desktop\%USERPROFILE%\.aptcache No such file or directory [/img] Please do the needful. Regards, Valee[/img]

Finally I got the sollution my self. I solved the issue like this below: 1. I created a environment varaible name called "APTCACHE" 2. I set the value as "%USERPROFILE\.aptcache" Right now its working fine.
