Error A30382 Capacity exceeded string block page table entri

We are using Epic 5.1Q with EMS-NG software by O'Neil for TACOM (Army) and are in a training class right now. We are trying to open XML IETMs from within Epic and getting this error: Error A30382 Capacity exceeded string block page table entries. Any suggestions?????

Using SP Q fixed this problem.
