How to add a new user to Arbortext Provisioning Manager (iLOG AspectCS)

Could anyone tell me how to add a new user to the application "Arbortext Provisioning Manager".

Adding a new user, is done from the Applications Administration menu, by selecting the Security option, this option is only available to the Provisioning Manager Administrator, they can add or delete users, plus grant the users with various permissions to either enable or disable certain functional activities within the system.

To Add a user, select the 'Users' tab, firstly select the “ADD” button, enter the required User ID, User Name including the Password for that user, and on completion of the task “Click” the “APPLY” button when all the fields have been populated. The actual User will be able to change the allocated default password if necessary.

Once the user has been added, the next step is to allocate the individule roles and assign them to the appropriate Project, this is achieved by selecting the two remaining Tabs 'Roles' & 'Project' in turn, and selecting the newly added User Name, allocate the necessary details by selecting the require detail from the Available column and using the arrow button to assign the selected value to the user.
