There is an element <Include> specified in the dcfdtd.dtd. The documentation says that this element allows to include an external dcfdtd instance. I am not getting this to work. Can anybody explain how exactly an external file can be referenced using publicId and/or systmId ? Thanks a lot. Bernhard
