We want to include the table of contents as an item in the bookmarks of a pdf file.
Since we do not want the TOC to appear in the TOC itself, we're trying this:
Our approach is to have 2 TOCs in styler. The first generates the actual TOC in the pdf, just as usual. The second one is only there to create the bookmarks in the pdf. Both TOCs are almost identical regarding the content, with the second one including an additional item: the TOC.
But how to include the TOC (or any other dynamically generated content, that's not a title) into the TOC? We're working with DITA 1.2.
