How to set vertical alignment in FOSI

Adepters,
Does anybody know how to set vertical alignment such as top, middle, bottom for table cell in FOSI?
I couldn't find any option for that.

presume you want to make it the same for all <entry> tags, or do you want
some other characteristic in the document to drive the valign attribute
value? If you want it the same in all <entry> tags, why bother using
FOSI? Just change the entry element ATTLIST in your table DTD
from:

valign
(top|middle|bottom)
#IMPLIED

to:
valign
(top|middle|bottom)
top (or middle or bottom - whatever it is you
want).
