Index / ToC Header

Dear Users.

I have ToC and Index tables in place and it looks perfect. But the header of these pages are "Empty" for ToC and shows last chapter name for Index.

I wish the header shows "TableOfContent" for ToC Page and "Index" for Index page . Guess it should be possible by creating new Page set for ToC and Index. But would be glad to learn of it is possible to show the header info without creating new Pagesets.

Pls assist.

    Headers and footers are created in the Page Sets, as are regions.

    Please read "Index / ToC Header" to be "Index / ToC Title" . The issue is the ToC and Index page is not showing correct header.
