Missing linked table when exporting pdf

Linked table is missing when exporting pdf. Chapter where table is linked as excel file. Table consists with descriptions and clickable page number.
Compering to my colleague, we have the same settings, preferences, styler, but mine does not export linked tables.
This table generator that does not work was developed specifically for our company the same goes for Styler.
What could be the problem? Am I missing some additional settings?

Hi Vivek,

Last week we found solution to our problem. After inspecting in details all installation and Arbortex preferences we found under Session that mine program had different Custom directory path. When we than changed this path to where it should be, table was made when exporting pdf. We moved Arbortext and creating right shortcut on desktop. Now everything works perfectly.

Would it be possible to delete my post? It was also invented specifically for our company…
