New foldout context creating extra page

I made a foldout context to duplex the second foldout. The issue is that it keeps making a third red page.

Error says

What does it mean? I have my foldout page set

What comes after the duplex foldout? Is it set to start on a specific page type (odd/even)? Maybe that's where the blank page is coming from.

I am trying to use the second foldout outputclass:duplex as the back page to the first duplex. It does work, but it keeps making that extra third page.

What I mean is, it may not be the foldout pageset that is generating the blank page, but the one following it. For example, if your duplexed foldout is an even page, and whatever comes after the foldout is configured to "start on new even page", it's going to stick a blank page in there.

Also, the fact that it's a red page means Styler couldn't figure out which page type to use. This would happen if your foldout page set doesn't have a blank page type defined, e.g. it has the double-sided option unchecked.

If I derive the after-text a ufe for a blank page shows up then the third page shows up white and not red., If I delete that ufe it turns red and prints letter page. how to I tell it no other pages are required.

Here is the ufe it says 

Forces a blank foldout page (sometimes one was not getting inserted at the end of a topic). Adds a single
space in gentext so the page content is not empty, otherwise it would be skipped.

It is deleted from my duplex condition.

I believe this issue may have been resolved with a PTC Technical Support Case where on pdf publishing the following error was returned:

KEEP too large - content has overflowed. [1130] for page 1 and 2.
For page 3 - Pg 3 New page sequence not specified;
used fallback 'defaultPage'. [1035]  (1:"editorDom0"#{2;/})   

Selecting the correct condition and setting the Breaks > Page set name to the correct pageset resolved the issue.
