Has anyone else encounter this issue or error message? Using Arbortext Print Composer to publish, Windows 7/Windows 10 users, .style, .fos, and .xslfo type stylesheets, fails at all three. Acquired Windows updates recently, and from that day forward, Print Composer stopped/ceased working, like a switch being set to off. Message received is: Runtime error formatting document: main::Error'[A31643] Formatter succeeded but produced no DVI file'. The .aptcache starts with the temp file, populates with a .ftx and .tex, never completes to PDF. Task manager has to be used to end the session, after terminating the session the message then appears. Any one have any leads/information to offer?
Try to use the "Case Logger" tool, here: https://support.ptc.com/apps/case_logger_viewer/auth/ssl/log
Thanks for the response. Issue was submitted as PTC Case C15094325. To date, issue is not resolved.
Issue resolved! A McAfee update, blocked the publishing events. Reloaded a different version, while investigating the issue and publishing was resumed.
