Windchill Checkin?

We've been using the Windchill Workgroup Manager for a few months and have been feeling the pain more and more of not having the checkin tied to our publish macro.

The situation:

We had a publish/save macro. Basically it exported eps files and saved the currently open iso file to a network location. When we moved to workgroup manager I took the save portion of the macro away, but it is still needed to export.

Is there a way to call out the two different checkin functions from a macro? Or is it possible to 'fool' the system and call two functions from a toolbar to occur at a single button push?
