From the tag: <courtRules pubdate="2008-04-01"> I need to extract 'April 2008' for a page header AND do it for all 12 months depending on which numeric month is represented. And this through the Menu items in Styler: Format/Page Sets/Edit/Headers/Edit Header . So I need an If statement or CASE like statement that will be accepted in the 'Edit Header' interface.
