This old mail should help. It's specific to 5.1 but I don't think the logic
or settings names have changed. You will find these associated with the
default process pool in E3 Config unless you already have customizations to
these or related settings set. Not all of them may be present in your config
file, though, if you are running defaults. Some are required, DTD-wise, and
so will be present. I just don't remember which ones.
