imfilter.cmd for ADEPT 7.0?

Newbie

imfilter.cmd for ADEPT 7.0?

Hello,
We're in the process of migrating from PC ADEPT 5.4.1 and UNIX ADEPT
6.0 to the new ADEPT 7.0 on both platforms. We're doing some regression
testing to make sure that the few ACL scripts we use with our doctype
will function correctly with ADEPT 7.0.
One of the tools we use is the "imfilter.cmd" tool that is used to
suppress elements from the Insert Mark-up dialogs. This is a
"nonstandard" ACL add-on Arbortext made available on their web site. It
has been mentioned a few times in Adepters.
In testing this filter with ADEPT 7.0, I found that it still seems to
work with the Insert Mark-up dialog box and the Insert Mark-up pulldown
from the toolbar. But, it does not suppress the elements from the new
insert element pop-up panel that opens when you hit a return in in
ADEPT 7.0.
Has anyone else using the imfilter.cmd file and ADEPT 7.0 figured out
what's needed to suppress the elements from this pop-up panel?

I'm glad you find the imfilter.cmd tool useful.

Since the imfilter.cmd tool isn't part of our standard distribution,
our QA testing for 7.0 missed this issue.

We have already fixed the 'return key popup' to invoke the excludetag
callback in our current development version, and this fix will be in 7.0.1.
This means the imfilter.cmd that you already have will work properly
with 7.0.1. If you need the fix sooner, contact help@arbortext.com to
see if they can help.

imfilter.cmd for ADEPT 7.0?

Thanks to Paul Klock & Paul Grosso of Arbortext who both respond to my question.

Since they indicated that ADEPT 7.0.1 would have the fix in the
"return key popup" code so that it will work with the imfilter.cmd
add-on, I have to ask:

Is there a target date for the release of ADEPT 7.0.1?

Thanks,
