pre54stylerupdate: Can anyone share observations, advice, gotchas, etc.?

Once again, in one of my environments, I am migrating a 5.3 m110 Styler
stylesheet to 6.0 m010. I am now reading through the docs on
pre54stylerupdate. Can anyone share observations, advice, gotchas, etc.
with respect to using this utility?

If I have a stylersheet that is very heavily laden with edited source, is
running, not running pre54stylerupdate really a Morton's Fork?

Skimming output of a conversion by 6.0. Wondering aloud: Hmmm ... how much
pre-processing should I do to make the conversion better? Any?
