read the content of a generic processing instruction (PI)

Hello,
I would like to read the contents of a tag "Processing Instructions", created with the command menu"Insert Markup" (exemple: ).
1st possibility: to recover the contents of tag "pi" with a FOSI.
2nd possibility: to recover the contents of tag "pi" with a function ACL.
To say to me if it is possible. If so, how to make?
