You'll need to make a new part that fills this inside volume. Then you can
measure the volume of that part.

If you want to avoid adding this part to your assembly, then create a new
assembly and add it as a sub assembly. The new part that you create
especially for the volume measurement can then be added to this new assembly
without 'corrupting' the original.
