doubt in wildfire2 weblink setting parameters.

Hi folks

The programming code is return below and the red color fonts
indicates where I am facing an error.

MY USER DEFINED PARAMETER IS NAME WHICH IS STRING TYPE AND HAS A
VALUE JHON .

I WANT TO REPLACE JHON WITH MADHAVA THROUGH WEBLINK .

I am trying to control a user defined parameter (which is a string
type) through weblink in wildfire2
I HAD DEFINED THE valueType= document.pwl.PWL_VALUE_STRING;

The following code is working fine if my user defined parameter (which
is real number) through weblink in wildfire2.
I HAD DEFINED THE valueType= document.pwl.PWL_VALUE_DOUBLE;

The error is overflow;

I have the passed the required no of arguments but it says they are
overflowing.

if (Type=="340")
{

FilePath="D:\\TESTING\\ ";
FileName="340.asm";
}
alert ( FilePath);
alert ( FileName);

var openassy =
document.pwl.pwlMdlOpen(FileName,FilePath,false);

var ABC="MADHAVA";

if ( ABC != null && ABC
!= " )
{

ItemType=document.pwlc.PWL_MODEL;
FeatureID= -1 ;
ValueType=
document.pwl.PWL_VALUE_STRING;
IntValue=parseInt(ABC);

FloatValue=parseFloat(ABC);
StringValue= ABC;
BoolValue=( ABC ==
"true") ?true : false;
alert ( "itmType :"
+ItemType + "\n" +
"FeatureID:"
+FeatureID + "\n" +
"ValueType
:" +ValueType + "\n" +
"intval :"
+IntValue+ "\n" +
"dblval :"
+FloatValue + "\n" +
"strval :"
+StringValue+ "\n" +
"boolval :"
+BoolValue + "\n" );

var
status=document.pwl.pwlParameterValueSet
(FileName,ItemType,FeatureID,"NAME",ValueType,IntValue,
FloatValue,StringValue,BoolValue);

alert(status);
}

DO I MISS ANYTHING WHILE I AM PASSING THE ARGUMENTS TO SET THE USER
DEFINED PARAMETER TO THE ASSEMBLY FILE.

Please let me know if I am missing anything while I am trying to set
the parameter.

Thxs in advance.

RE: doubt in wildfire2 weblink setting parameters.

HI TO EVERY BODY I GOT THE SOLUTION .

IT WAS JUST JUST ENETERING SOME ROUGH VALUES.
IN THE PALCE OF parseInt(ABC); AND parseFloat(ABC);

BY DEFINING LIKE THIS IN WILDFIRE 2
IntValue = -32;
FloatValue = -32;

STRING VALUE IS CHANGED

BUT THIS VIOLATES THE RULE WHICH IS GIVEN IN PRO-E DOCUMENTATION.
BUT IT WORKS PROPERLY WITH OUT ANY ERROR
