Hi community,I am aware of the different behavior of links between different types of tracker (shared/branched) with regard to streams. But I was just wondering aboutWhat are criteria to configure a tracker as “branched”? What are criteria to configure a tracker as “shared”? In which use cases should links be placed upstream from the shared tracker to the branched tracker? (shared tracker → branched tracker)? I am using CodebeamerX Release 4.2 and Datecode4.2 We have configured the OpenID Configuration using Microsoft Entra authentication provider. After the configuration is done we tried to hit the below API with our instance URL to check whether the generated access token from the client id, client secret and the token uri is valid or not. API - http://10.13.27.208:8080/cb/api/v3/users/findByName?name=AutomationSyncUser Response received was Not authenticated. So is there any other options or any missing configuration to be done additionally in CodbeamerX configuration to make the Access token usable. I’m having issues with the permissions required to run a test case. I tried different configurations but for now only admin can run a test case. When the run is initiated, then a tester can finish the test run. Regular uses don’t have the menu to run a test case into the test run tracker. Is there something specific in the permissions that need to be enabled?

Currently, in Review Hub, reviewers can approve, reject, or comment on review items. These events trigger notifications for reviewers and moderators when the last checkbox is selected. However, there is no separate action for individual reviewer to explicitly mark their review as completed and send a notification such as "Review completed by XYZ" to the moderators/author. 

We would need the possibility to choose on tracker field level which field should be visible when the user hovers the mouse over the item’s icon. Now only Description is shown.This change would significantly increase the user experience as reviews would be possible to be conducted much faster. Right now, extra window needs to be opened which results in time being lost.

Some trackers are classified as “Work Item” (e.g. Requirement, Test Run, Issue, Epic, User Story), some as “Configuration Item” (e.g. Test Case, Test Set, Release, Configuration Items).Is there a description what is meant with “Work Item” and what with “Configuration Item”? I’m trying to work out a way of displaying information relating to the time spent between states in a work item, eg how long it was in Status A before it went to Status B…. I’m guessing a computed field would work per item, but ideally I’m looking for a report that would give an average across a tracker eg, the average time for work items to go from State A to State B. I’m sure someone must have done something similar to this so putting it out there for suggestions… Any assistance appreciated!

I have an edge case where I need to impersonate another user in a workflow transition. The documentation refers to the executeAs feature (https://support.ptc.com/help/codebeamer/r3.3/en/#page/codebeamer/user_guide/ug_workflow_actions.html#wwID0ETBO1) and I have configured that in the application configuration and I even restarted the server but I don’t see that option showing up as an action or option. Where is this supposed to appear when configuring the workflow?

I am using Codebeamer Release 3.1 and Datecode3.1.0.0 We have a performance problem in a specific project due to high numbers of link between items with another project and a little complexity for computed fields. This cause the error 504 Gateway timeout and it becomes impossible to edit/create items. We already have increased the time to reach timeout up to 300 seconds. We would like to reduce the loading time of the items, not increasing more time. It's a blocking point and we must improve the performance as soon as possible. Hello! I have a question regarding exporting information from the .supervisors type field.When using a template, I'm using this field syntax: <<item.supervisors» Of course it’s working, but it’s exporting the username (like X3Z5S3) instead of real name (like John Smith) as it is in codebeamer item view.Is there any way to convert the way how the template handle this situation? Thank you

I am using Codebeamer Release 3.3 and Datecode3.3.0.0 I'm installing Codebeamer on a virtual machine and I'm having trouble with the license: in the wizard I'm asked to create a new account at https://codebeamer.com/cb - which does not work because the only thing I can do here is log in. So I tried to use my ptc partner user and it does not work either. Has anyone had issues like this? Thank you!

Hi All,I am trying understand on how to enable SSO between Codebeamer and Windchill for OSLC-DPT integration. Consider I am having PingFederate as CAS, SAML/OIDC with ThingWorx Flow as the middleware for enabling this integration. With this given scenario, how do I enable SSO.
