I was on @ 9:30 this morning, sat through a half hour of elevator music and was able to watch the first ~15 minutes of it. Had some start/stops during that time before it crapped out entirely. I don't have a good feeling about this...

On the other hand, I did get an apology letter this morning and a link to the taped broadcast.

PTC is hoping that it will go better the second time around, just like they hope a new name will give customers a better feeling that the software is innovative.
