How do I bring an Excel table into a Pro/E table but not as an OLE object?

Anyone know how to drive values from Excel to Pro/E? Can you point me to a good place to start to find more information? Anyone doing out there doing this?

Here is a free short video showing the Excel Analisys feature. This is pretty basic but should give you the general idea.
