Hi,
We have 4 Creo/Windchill users in China and they complain about the speed of working in Creo 3.0. We found out that the Creo Agent process is communicating intensive. This is also due to fact they have a limited bandwidth on their VPN line to Belgium. I read an article explaining that the Agent could be disabled but this is strongly discouraged.

Does anyone have experience with this and when disabling the Agent to what problems this can lead ?
Bes regards,
Bernard
The agent communicates with the embedded browser. If you don't use Windchill and you don't need the embedded browser then you should be able to turn it off.
