Hi Everyone,
I'm new to the community so please take it easy on me but I'm currently working on a project and I need some help. My colleague had previously used solidworks to create SLDPRT file for the project I'm working on, however he will no longer be working with us and nobody on my team has access to solidworks so I was wondering if anyone could teach me how to convert a SLDPRT file into a regular PRT file so that I may test the object using promechanica? Much help would be appreciated, cheers.
Ozzy.
I heard that if you have both software you can use the sldprt in creo just opening. But for mechanica simulations i used to convert to parasolid .x_t extension and then simulate in pro/mechanica.
i hope it is useful
