Hello Gurus,
This is a non Pro-E related question.
We are trying to setup a new Mechanical Integration Team in my Plant.
I am looking for baseline on where my team should be and expectations and responsibilities of my team.
I need advise from the Gurus of some of the great companies which I can take my team and visit them and use that as the base line.
Example: GE Aviation is very good at electrical Integration interface systems.
Toyota is very good example and base line and role model for Lean Activities.
Please advise and suggest some of the great companies. Any help or suggestions would be appreciated.
