PTC Conference Center Question

MessagePro-Users,

We are trying to set up the PTC Conference Center here and we can get
everything working (chat interaction) except when a coworker tries to share
files, I cannot view anything in the shared folders. Can anyone provide any
help or direction? Or does anyone have any tutorials, instructions, etc?
