Over the last two weeks I can't access www.ptc.com when using Internet
Explorer.

I get a Weblogic Bridge Message, Failure of server APACHE bridge:
No backend server available for connection: timed out after 10 second or
idempotent set to OFF.
Build date/time: Dec 5 2007 15:19:54
Cange Number: 1014998

I can access the site just fine from FireFox

Any ideas what might cause this?

I typically use FF as well, but I just checked and IE works fine for me,
but we are still on IE6 here.  😞

Currently three other companies are reporting the same issue. Evidently PTC is aware of the issue.

-----We're seeing the Apache bridge error at our site too.
    - Bob Green-----David,Identical problem / symptoms.PTC was aware of the issue and recommended a re-install of IE7.They recommended IE6.I re-installed IE7 and had no success. Same problem.Also can't access PTC.com from within Pro/e ( any version of Wildfire and Windchill 8.0 ).
Scott-----David, Are you by chance using IE 8 beta? I get the same error but I have IE 8. It also work fine for me on firefox.
