Problem with opening Creo

Hey i already installed Creo but when i open the program it tells me to register the Quality Agent with the options yes and no. My problem is what is the Quality Agent? and it doesnt matter wich option i click, the program shut down automtically.

The short version is from the first sentence of the article:

PTC Quality Agent is an application that gathers and sends reports to PTC on the performance, usage of Creo applications

This information is the base for the Performance Advisor Dashboard available when you log in at PTC Support.

That installation fails with yes and with no, can mean that it is actually not related.

Do you have a platform not supported for Creo?

Do you have access to registry? (but honestly I am not sure it is required)
