Pro E licenses use what is called a MAC address which changes from network card to network card. If the license is for that single computer you need to talk to PTC to get a new license file, and give some info to make them happy your not just getting a free license. If the card was replaced in your license server then you once again need to talk to PTC to explain and make them feel safe your not getting a free server license.
