You'll be able to find a number of good books on how to use ProE/Creo Elements Pro on Amazon or another online book store. There are tonnes of tutorials available online from various sources and for varying levels of experience, but the best way and the most productive way is to get signed up for the PTCu courses. They'll talk you through the product, demonstrate techniques and then give you exercises to try out those techniques. You should be able to find out more on the PTCu from whoever provided your software.
