coaxial Hole with Proe 4.0

Hi, I have a difficult time to make a coaxial hole with proe 4.0. On the "placement" tab of the hole, it should have "primary reference" box and "secondary reference" box for making a coaxial hole, but my proe 4 doesn't have them. I saw the proe 3.0 has a "primary reference" and "secondary reference" boxes. The coaxial hole is easy to make with the proe 3.0. I couldn't figure out what is wrong my proe 4.0. Please help me out.

Pick the hole tool, then select the axis on your model that you want the hole to be coaxial to. Then select the surface the hole sits on... those are the only references you need. Then specify the depth (or thru) and diameter.

Elaborating a little on Chris's answer, hold the CTRL key while you select the surface. That is: select axis, hold CTRL, selct surface. You're right- it's different from WF 3.0.
