I received the same message.
I replied with the subject line reading unhold
I received an email auto response that tells me It can't unhold my account
because it was never on hold.
Figure that one out. The system tells me I am on hold and states that I
must reply with unhold on the subject in order to re-activate it, then it
emails me back saying it can't unhold my account because it's not currently
on hold.
LOL
Normally you recieve this message if you had a problem with your email
server bouncing messages from the exploder. If this happens, the lyris
system will put that account on hold to prevent sending email to an email
no longer in use or an email that currently has problems receiving the
emails sent to that particular address.
