responses to frustrated with Wildfire 2.0

I would like to thank all of those (with 1 exception) who responded to my posting. The information was helpful and I have given all your responses to my boss. I have to admit that I am concerned that there were not more positive responses.

I also think PTC should be seriously concerned about how the responses breakdown:

5 positives, 3 that I would consider conditional but still helpful

6 negatives

1 salesman - because of reasons not applicable to this discussion, I don't accept

anything said without verification from another source

Just for the record, I don't need to 'talk to other companies this ex-PTC AE

has gotten up to speed'. I judge a person by the quality of the work he (she)

gives me. We have been extremely pleased with the quality and quantity of the

his work. He has been a valuable addition to our engineering staff.

1 idiot (2x)
