Adding menu items with J-Link in different language versions of Pro/E

I am wondering how my app may respond when loaded by another language version.

For example:
session.UIAddButton(command, "Utilities", "Utilities.psh_util_pref", "textfile.txt");

Do the UIAddButton method arguments "Utilities" and "Utilities.psh_util_pref" change for different language versions of Pro/E?
