Is there any way to save layer status with J-Link?

Is there any way to save layer status with J-Link? I know I could use a macro, but I'd rather not if I don't have to.

This is only possible with Toolkit as far as I know.

Working with Pro/WebLink I needed this function, too. I think in all the pfc apis (VB, jlink, weblink) this functionality is missing.
