Jlink tutorial files

Jlink Gurus,

The jlink folder of my Pro|E installation has a subfolder called
"jlink_tutorial". Does anyone know where the documentation for these
tutorial files is located? I searched through the user's guide and the
API wizard and didn't find and mention of these files or any
"exercises". I'm trying to learn jlink and thought this might help.
