Problems with tool parameter not inputting into seq. parameter?

Hi guru's,

Is anybody running into the problem with Manufacturing Parameter files not
accepting values for sketched holes with modified tools?

For example I have an 82 degree 1 1/4" Countersink tool with a .4" point
diameter.

I have a part with a couple .406" diameter holes through .459" thick
material. There is an 82 degree countersink .4" deep for each of these
holes.

When I create the .406" hole with a carbide drill and use an existing
parameter file with values like (TOOL_ROUGH_SPINDLE_RPM) so that it uses the
tool setup Speeds-Feeds. It gives me no errors and all the values go into
the Parameter automatically.

But when I create the c-sink seq. I get all these errors that say that those
are all invalid values.

Example:
Invalid value 'TOOL_ROUGH_AXIAL_DEPTH' for keyword 'BREAKOUT_DISTANCE'.

Invalid value 'TOOL_ROUGH_FEED_RATE' for keyword 'CUT_FEED'.

Invalid value 'TOOL_ROUGH_SPINDLE_RPM' for keyword 'SPINDLE_SPEED'.

The parameter file will work for all my other drills, but this 82 degrees
c-sink.

I have to go into the parameter file and input each value. I could do that
but if I change the tool parameters the seq. parameter will not update since
there is a numerical value in there. That also defeats the whole process of
creating a DB for each tool.

I have my material called out in the Operation window.

I have the speeds and feeds for the tool in question linked to the material
DB.

Am I missing something with linking tool parameters to drive the seq.
parameter file? Or is this just a bug?
