I purchased and downloaded the student version of ProE and am trying to install it. It gets partially thru the installation process and I get a window that states : Missing zip,jar or cabinet file C:\program files\PTC.setup ptcsho\ptc58.cab and a second message identical except for the last node or file name of ptc9.cab what do I do to get these files and why didn't I have them when I did the download? I did not encounter any errors during purchase or download. Any help is greatly appreciated.
