Chemical Input Measurement
Several chemical input machines are interacting with a Finished Product Chemical Tank. There are sensors placed on each Input tank to measure various attributes (flow velocity, amount, temperature, etc). There is also a sensor on the Finished Product Chemical Tank. The data from each sensor is sent to an iPhone running Thingworx which will be used by the shift supervisor to determine if any of the inputs should be adjusted in order to ensure a good "batch" of Finished Product.
This could be a business opportunity for chemical, food, water and energy companies looking to ensure accuracy and reduce the number of bad Finished Product. This could be a threat to those companies using manual or intuitive methods to ensure a good, finished product
