Can pro-E convert a quilt made up of many surface patches to one surface of a specified approximation?
I need a feature similar to the Rhino 'drape' feature to take C1 (tangent) surfaces and replace them with C2 (curvature continuous) surfaces for manufacturing.
The current method I use requires many planesurface intersections, followed by sketched spline curve creations, all connected by a boundry blend feature through the splines. This is very tedious and not very repeatable.
