HELP-problem with MIRROR and MATERIAL REMOVAL functions

Hello ProE pros..

I need your help with the following....

I´m programming the milling sequences to machine a two cavity mold for a blown bottle.

I have completed the sequences for the first cavity, using the material removal function. This function is necessary to update the amount of stock material left within the milling window and over the milling surface I have created.

The problem arises when I start creating the mirrors of each sequence to machine the second cavity, starting with sequences in which I have already applied the MATERIAL REMOVAL function. Every time I mirror a sequence and then run that sequence with its parent in vericut there is a problem with the movement of the tool either in the parent sequence or in the execution of the mirror sequence.

I have tried to mirror the sequences and then applied the MATERIAL REMOVAL function to both of them, sometimes it works sometimes it doesn´t. This is a very extrange behavior. Also, it has happened that the the tool follows a extrange toolpath but the mirrored sequence does follow what has been programmed.

When the tool actually follows an odd toolpath, it seem to be machining a geometry that has nothing to do with model´s geometry. Please look at the image below.

Are there any tricks that I should know about?? what is the problem? Any help is greatly appreciated.
