differences in result between toolpath and material removal

Hello proe CAM users...

I´m having trouble with the result being generated by playing the toolpath and after applying the material removal function.

Please look at the images below, if you look at the toolpath image you will see that the height of the last slice is 10 mm above the surface of the model ( I specified the bottom stock allow to 10 mm). However if you look at the image of the workpiece after the material removal function is used then you will notice there is no material left on the the top surface of the model.

why is this happening ?

what can I do?

I have attached images of the wp after applying the material removal, of the toolpath and the parameters being used.

This is an example of a problem I´m having machining a real model.

thanks in advance for your help

Al.

Al,
That's because "Material Removal" is based on the "window" or "volume", not
the actual tool path, try limiting the windows depth to 10mm above the
planar surface and see what happens.
Also you will notice the material removal does not leave corner fillets from
the endmill!!!
