Make sure you have Mathcad 14.m20. You can get it from http://www.ptc.com/support/mathcad_downloads.htm. It can be a registry problem. Try to register the Mathcad files by going to Start > Run > and typing in the path to the mathcad.exe file followed by /register. If either of these don't work, uninstall and reinstall and make sure you have all the prerequisites. Mona

Hello. The link for the download is not valid. The problem only occurs while trying to create a 3d graph. The examples in the online help are also affected. We currently have MathCAD version: 14.0.0.163
