You will have to restore some plot, probably.
See page 15 particularly.

Create three vectors for x, y, and z, and set the second plot type to scatter.

Presentation improved. I wonder if in versions > 11 you still have the very annoying 3D plot problem, i.e: the box plots the same line size as the larger line size in the pot. So, if you need small wireframe size (0.1) and need to highlight a particular wireframe (per say 2) ... the box contour will plot size 2, very ugly. What's missing is a box corner line size.

In your work sheet, I have nothing against your discretizer for the [X,Y]. Here is one doing same, programmed for the utilities but lot more compact ... (for your tool box).
