Unable to print HELP topics

To print a MathCad Help text, e.g., the "division" help text screen, I used to highlight all the wording while using MathCad 13 and then I'd be able to print the text.

This technique does not seem to work in MathCad 14 (I have downloaded the fix).

The commands "file" then "print" do not work when trying to print the division text.

The print icon does not work when trying to print the division file.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Mathcad uses HTML help, so the help is actually displayed by MSIE. Can you print web pages using MSIE?

Do you have a working default printer established?

MathCad is now printing the HELP htm files.

My old internet explorer was not working when I tried to print the htm files.

I loaded the latest explorer version and the problem is now solved.
