Moving regions is very difficult. The user has to click on a region to activate it and display the box, then you have to very carefully find just the right location around the edge to change the cursor and actually move the region. (Should increase the "zone" to click-and-drag the region.)
Math and text regions behave differently since the right side of a text region changes the width, but the right side of a math region allows you to move it (confusing that it's different).
Too many clicks to have to SELECT a region before you can move it with the mouse. (Dynamically show the region boundary when it is "moused over" and allow it to be dragged without clicking it first?)
