Hi, Everyone,
Over the past few weeks, we have been experiencing connectivity issues with our SSO process resulting in community user names being reset. Our IT department is aware and investigating ways to resolve the connectivity issues. We are taking measures to not allow the usernames to be reset during these connectivity occurrences which may, in the short-term, interfere with your ability to log into the community.
We apologize for the inconvenience.
Note: Usernames can be changed directly by community members at any time which I recommend doing after the fix is scheduled on Thursday, November 5th. Visit PTC Community Welcome + How Tos to find steps on how to change your username. We will keep this announcement updated. If you ever have trouble accessing the community (outside this current situation), you can always send an email to community@ptc.com which is monitored by the PTC Community Team.
