Installation problems

Hello I've download the Pro/Engineer Wildfire 4.0 Schools Edition, and I got trouble with the setup. When I click on the button "Install Now", nothing happens. I've download a registery key for the off-line installation, close all running programs and disconnect my computer from Internet, but nothing changes, I still can't launch the setup. Could you help me with my problem ? I don't know what else I can do (even if I feel a little stupid for not beiing able to click on a simple button...). Thanks for your help François MILLET PS : please excuse my poor english ...
