Sheet metal tutorials

Hi All,
I am quite new to this field of sheet metal but i am expecting to get a lot of work in future,so i wanted to practice
a bit before working on real models, could you please get me or guide me to some decent tutorial os the same.

Of all the training guides I have been through I have found these, in my
opinion, to be the best.

Go to www.cadquest.com he has manuals for most modules of Pro/E
