Okay, here is an update on the graphic issue. I talked to Dell to see if we would get another video card. The first tech support guy had me try a couple of things and those didn't work. The second guy that I got listened to what I had done and the what the first guy said to do and then offered up a couple of different things to do. One of them was to uninstall the video card from the device manager and remove the driver. Then I had to update the chipset and then reinstall the video card. He said that with Nvidia that it likes to leave remnants of the driver when you "update" or "rollback" the driver. He said that it is best to uninstall the driver and then install the driver if you have to update Nvidia drivers. So I learned something new today.
